Export Skool members to CSV and keep notes on them
The problem
You run a paid Skool community. You want a list of members you can actually work with: who joined when, who's gone quiet, who might upgrade. Keeping that in a separate spreadsheet by hand means copying names over and losing track of who's who.
How it works (one moment)
Open your community's Members page. Click Export to get the member rows you can see as a CSV with name, profile link, level, joined date and last active (per spec). Scroll or change pages yourself and click Add this page. SkoolDesk builds one deduplicated list as you go.
Free vs Pro
From the Gumroad page:
| Free | Pro ($19/month) | |
|---|---|---|
| Export visible members to CSV | Yes | Yes |
| Deduplicated session list | Yes | Yes |
| Tags per member | Up to 3 | Unlimited, with colors |
| Notes per member | — | Yes |
| Pipeline stages (New, Engaged, At risk, Upsell, Churned) | — | Yes |
| Churn flags from last-active text | — | Yes |
| Membership-question answers in CSV (when shown on the page) | — | Yes |
Note: SkoolDesk Pro is a monthly subscription ($19/mo), unlike the one-time tools.
Honest limits: what SkoolDesk is not
- It only exports what you can see. It doesn't pull members in the background. You scroll or page through yourself.
- Churn flags are a rule, not a prediction. They're based on the last-active text it captured and a number of days you set.
- Membership answers only appear if Skool shows them on the page.
- Not affiliated with Skool.
FAQ
Can it export all my members at once? Not automatically. It builds the list from the pages you open, and duplicates are removed.
Is it a subscription? Pro is. It's $19 a month. The free features don't need a key.
Does it message members for me? No. Messaging isn't on the Gumroad feature list.

FACT-CHECK (internal): Features and the $19/mo price were OBSERVED on Gumroad on 2026-10-13. Gumroad shows it as a membership with a $0 base and a $19/mo tier, so check the checkout before publishing. The CSV column list comes from research/specs/skooldesk.md. CWS status is UNKNOWN. The page title already leads with the query, which is good.
